Welcome
to the
Caltha Language Website
|
Caltha is a scientific programming language designed first and foremost as a set of handwritten mathematical notations. The absence of many common technological features makes the language useful not only for the execution of computer programs, but also for the presentation of algorithms in research papers.
The Caltha project is presently in a very early stage. There are as of yet no interpreters or compilers, and the specification has yet to be completed. The purpose of this website, at the moment, is to explain the language's features and gather the opinions of interested scientists and programmers. If you have questions or comments about anything you read here, please send me an email.
